World No.1 tennis player Novak Djokovic and his wife Jelena launched a restaurant, ‘Eqvita’, in Monaco last week. And in what must surely be a first for the Principality, it’s vegan.
“My wife and I transferred our passion for healthy food into a restaurant concept called Eqvita Restaurant that is supposed to open in a few weeks. Tonight we are sharing our excitement with our family, friends and colleagues and in a few weeks time we will invite you all to join us here in Monaco,” he wrote on his Facebook account. Britain’s Andy Murray was one of the many tennis players at the launch.
