Making ‘Socca de Nice’


IMG_7180A bit disappointingly on our recent trip to the Cote d’Azur we didn’t get the opportunity to sample any socca, the chick-pea flour crepe that originated in Genoa and is sold around the market in Nice and elsewhere on the coast.  I love it, especially when it is full of herbs and drizzled with olive oil.  So I had a go and here is the recipe: (more…)
