Out of three major Aix events planned for May-June, just one is going ahead.
Here they are:
Sm’Art – 15th edition of this large art show – POSTPONED til 23-27 September
Vivre Coté Sud – usually takes place in June, attracts 28,000 very well-heeled people over 4 days – POSTPONED til summer 2022
Les Journées des Plantes d’Albertas – ON NEXT WEEKEND!
At this popular show, now in its 28th year, there will be 170 stands showing plants and all-things-related-to-gardening.
Of course, this being France, food is on the menu with traiteur Armand catering at an open restaurant space, while elsewhere there will be food trucks to serve hungry gardeners.
The organisers are asking people to pre-book online. People who do this will have a dedicated entrance. All attendees will follow a one-way system and leave via a separate exit. Masks of course are to be worn.
Three days – entry 9-18hrs.
