We propose a live transmission of the highlights of the fifth debate which will be held in the new Tyler Perry Studios in Atlanta, Georgia and co-hosted by MSNBC and The Washington Post.

First ever all female team Rachel Maddow, Andrea Mitchell, Kristen Welker and Ashley Parker will moderate the debate
