If you were in Aix in 2013, you will remember the delightful January day when we found all the trees in the Cours Mirabeau being wrapped in red and white dotty fabric, courtesy of Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama. Since then, she has soared in success and popularity, much of it due to her highly-Instagrammable Infinity Mirror rooms, on show world-wide. A documentary on her fascinating life and her art opens tomorrow at the Mazarin cinema – it’s had great ratings on film websites.
