Picard come up with some lovely ideas. Here is their Tarte au Soleil which looks so pretty on the table. It is full of Mediterranean vegetables, red pesto and mozzarella cheese, delicious.
My guests this weekend fast realised that I hadn’t made it myself, darn!

I think I’ll stick to the easy option:
