Two announcements which may be of interest:
Firstly, there is to be free jazz on Saturday evenings, ‘Soirées Lounge au Café Caumont’. That strikes me as being a very pleasant thing to do on a summer’s evening.
No reservation necessary and no charge but I believe you will still need a Café Caumont card to get in. It begins this Saturday with the group Prezzaj. From now on, the café will be open Tuesday-Saturday until 23:00hrs. Programme here: http://caumont-centredart.com/en
And secondly, audio guides are now available in French and English to give commentary on the history and architecture of the house and gardens, as well as the Quartier Mazarin in the 18th century.
Reminder – the expo ‘Sisley l’Impressioniste’ starts 10th June.
