Apologies as this post is late – but hopefully there is still time for you to take advantage of this splendid initiative in Gardanne where local firms and enterprises are throwing open their doors for public visits.
These range from the huge Alteo factory via local bee-keepers/honey-makers and saffron collectors, right to the Atelier Riederer where chef Emmanuel Schlick will demonstate his patisserie skills.
