Christmas in Provence is really special – so many of the traditions here are very

Santons – special to Provence
specific to this part of France. In fact a French friend of mine in England had never heard of santons or blé d’ésperance!
So if you would like to find out all about Provencal traditions, songs and customs, there is a workshop which will be run twice by a dynamic local teaching enterprise, Destination Francais.
The two-hour workshop, in both English and French, will take place on Tuesday 22nd November, 9:30 and Saturday 3rd December, 14:30.
An added plus is a tasting of typical desserts which is bound to be delicious as the location is none other but the Jardin d’Amalula, a local favourite.
