On Wednesday, 15th June, there will be a guided tour at la maison Riederer, ‘pâtisserie, confiserie et chocolaterie de renom et de qualité’.
It has been in business since 1780 and has just opened an atelier and shop in Gardanne. Participants will be introduced to the fabulously named chef , Emmanuel SCHLICK, who will let them into some of his culinary secrets. There will also be a demo of decorating cakes which should be fascinating. The visit will end with a ‘dégustation’.
