Nov 14 – Children’s rides open

Nov 18 – Christmas market starts – 50 chalets in the cours Mirabeau

23 Nov-27 Dec – Creche near Monoprix opens – 8m2 of santons in a typically Provencal setting

28 Nov – La Fontaine aux Jouets.  Collection of good-quality toys for deprived children in Aix. In front  of the ‘Chalet de la Ville’.

2-6 Dec – Marché des Villes Jumelles

12-13 Dec  Marché des Huiles

18-24 Dec Marché des Treize Desserts

20 Dec – La Brandade Provencale – 200 musicians and dancers in town

21 Dec-3 Jan – NEW! the Madeleine church will be lit up by ‘mapping video’ – lights and images projected on the façade. 18hrs each day.
